Ordering & Shipping
We ship worldwide.
We try to get orders out within 7 working days, often sooner, unless it is a presale item. We do not offer overnight or 2 day delivery.
We use the US Postal Service for all orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our biggest goal! If for any reason any unused (meaning unworn, unsoiled or unaltered but possibly opened) merchandise does not meet your expectations, and is returned within 7 days of receipt, it can be returned for a refund.
To return, email me at email@example.com, and let me know your sales order, what you are sending back, and why. All returns must be accompanied by all the original packaging of the returned item(s). Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Sales items cannot be refunded.
