Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
ATTENTION!! DURING THE PANDEMIC AND THIS HOLIDAY SEASON THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES AND NO RETURNS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AND SIZES BEFORE PLACING ORDER.
I KNOW NURSING TANKS CAN BE TRICKY WHEN DETERMINING SIZES. MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER IS BREAST SIZE. PLEASE REFER TO MY SIZE CHART ON EVERY TANK DESCRIPTION AND TAKE THE TIME TO MEASURE YOURSELF. OR IF YOU ARE GETTING THEM AS A GIFT, ASK YOUR GIFTEE WHAT THEIR BOOBIE SIZE IS AND MEASURE IT ACCORDING TO MY SIZE CHART.

We ship worldwide.
We try to get orders out within 7 working days, often sooner, unless it is a presale item. We do not offer overnight or 2 day delivery.
We use the US Postal Service for all orders.
Customer satisfaction is our biggest goal! If for any reason any unused (meaning unworn, unsoiled or unaltered but possibly opened) merchandise does not meet your expectations, and is returned within 7 days of receipt, it can be returned for a refund.
To return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know your sales order, what you are sending back, and why. Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sales items cannot be refunded.

Since I am a small independent business all postage for returns, exchanges and refunds are at the cost of the buyer - thanks for your support & understanding.
Your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you after receiving your returned item(s). Please allow two weeks for this process to complete, due to shipping, verifying, restocking, and processing.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Changing Your Order:
You can absolutely change/cancel your order, but it must be done ASAP by emailing us with your order number and the change you need to make. We sometimes ship a package within the hour it is placed, so this must be done within an hour of placing order. After that, we are not responsible for requests to edit/cancel. BROKEN GLASSWARE, DAMAGED ART PRINTS:
We package our glassware and art prints the best we can, but sometimes they can get damaged during delivery. Every priority package comes with a $50 insurance policy. All you have to do is take a picture of the broken/damaged items and file a claim with USPS at http://usps.com/help/claims. They will reimburse you for the damaged items, as we are not responsible for the way packages are handled once they leave our hands.
